calm is what should happen between someone yelling 'fire' and someone pulling a guest out of room 305. one flutter app for guests + staff, one next.js admin for the GM, and an agentic 'incident commander' service that triages signals, dispatches the right person, and pushes a personalised evac route to every guest's phone. submission for GDSC solution challenge 2026, problem statement 2 (rapid crisis response).
